Important Information:

If you live within the City of Hemet (four digit addresses only) please call the Utility Customer Service Department for refuse, sewer and water service questions or instructions on how to sign up for new service.  If you have a five digit address you live in the County of Riverside, even though your mailing address is Hemet, and you will need to contact the agencies listed below for service.

If you live in the City of Hemet (four digit addresses only) your refuse service will be provided by the City of Hemet. 

Depending on where you live within the City of Hemet, even though your address is four digit, your sewer and water service could be provided by either the City of Hemet, Eastern Municipal Water District or Lake Hemet Municipal Water District. 

Please contact us to determine which  water agency  will provide your new service.
