The City of Hemet is offering Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Loans to those individuals who own their homes and live within the city limits of Hemet. The program is developed to assist homeowners with making structural home repairs, making cosmetic improvements and addressing code violations.
There are no monthly payments. The 0% interest deferred loan is repaid to the City in thirty (30) years or upon sale of your home, which ever comes first. Loans offered by the City are available up to $20,000 for Mobile Homes, and $30,000 for single family homes.
