dog reading.jpeg

Improve reading skills by reading out loud to therapy dogs with Bark for Books.  These certified therapy dogs are looking for children to read to them on Fridays @ 4-5. No registration required. Ages 3+

Join the Bark for Books reading club where you can earn prizes for every 5 books or 5 chapters you read to one of the therapy dogs.

Children ages 4-12 may register at the Hemet Public Library, where they will receive a reading log to list the books they’ve read.

After reading five books, children will earn an “Achievement Award”  coupon for a free In-N-Out hamburger or cheeseburger.

Participants can earn up to three awards during this program. Children who are unable to read themselves may participate by having books read to them. The In-N-Out Cover to Cover Reading Program starts Saturday, March 4 and continues through April 15.
